Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the early diagnostic value of combined detection of serum exosomes miR-301a, miR-205, miR-376a and miR-222 in glioma. 【Methods】 Sixty patients with early glioma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were included in the observation group and 60 healthy volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group. The relative expression levels of serum exosomes miR-301a, miR-205, miR-376a, and miR-222 were measured in the two groups. The diagnostic value of serum exosome miR-301a, miR-205, miR-376a and miR-222 for early gliomas was detected by AUC of receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). 【Results】The relative expression levels of serum exosomes miR-301a and miR-222 in patients with early glioma were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects (P<0.05). The relative expression levels of serum exosomes miR-205 and miR-376a in patients with early glioma were significantly lower than those of healthy subjects (P<0.05). The sensitivity of one-way diagnosis of serum exosomes miR-301a, miR-205, miR-376a or miR-222 in patients with early glioma and healthy people was 83%, 72%, 83% and 87%, respectively. The specificity were 83%, 73%, 83% and 87%, respectively. The sensitivity of the combination of serum exosomes miR-301a, miR-205, miR-376a and miR-222 for the diagnosis of early glioma was 85.00%, the specificity was 86.67%, and the accuracy was 85.83%.【Conclusion】The combined detection of the relative expression levels of serum exosomes miR-301a, miR-205, miR-376a and miR-222 provides high diagnostic value, which can be used as potential marker for the diagnosis of early glioma.
