Abstract:【Objective】To explore the effect of different moisturizing pretreatment methods on the cleaning effect of external instruments. 【Methods】From January 2018 to June 2018, 86 foreign medical instruments were randomly selected from the disinfection and supply center of our hospital. They were randomly divided into group A and group B, each with 43 pieces. Group A was soaked with neutral multi enzyme cleaner, and B group was sprayed with gel moisturizer pretreatment. The cleaning effect was evaluated by comparing two groups of instruments routine test, occult blood residue detection, protein residue detection and ATP test results. 【Results】There was no significant difference in visual inspection and magnifying glass assistant examination between the two groups (P>0.05). The results of occult blood test, protein residue test and ATP fluorescence test in group B were better than those in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The qualified rate of pretreatment for external equipment sprayed gel moisturizer was higher than that of pretreatment with soaking multi enzyme cleaner.
