摘要 【目的】探讨不同保湿预处理方法对外来医疗器械清洗效果的影响。【方法】选取2018年1~6月本院南区消毒供应中心接收的外来医疗器械86件,随机分成A、B两组各43件。A组器械进行浸泡医用多酶清洗剂保湿预处理,B组进行喷洒泡沫酶洗保湿剂保湿预处理。比较两组器械常规检测、隐血残留检测、蛋白残留检测、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)检测结果。【结果】两组器械目测检测和放大镜辅助检查结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);B组器械隐血残留检测、蛋白残留检测及ATP荧光检测结果均优于A组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】外来医疗器械进行喷洒泡沫酶洗保湿剂预处理清洗合格率较浸泡医用多酶清洗剂方式预处理明显提高,建议临床推广应用。

Abstract【Objective】To explore the effect of different moisturizing pretreatment methods on the cleaning effect of external instruments. 【Methods】From January 2018 to June 2018, 86 foreign medical instruments were randomly selected from the disinfection and supply center of our hospital. They were randomly divided into group A and group B, each with 43 pieces. Group A was soaked with neutral multi enzyme cleaner, and B group was sprayed with gel moisturizer pretreatment. The cleaning effect was evaluated by comparing two groups of instruments routine test, occult blood residue detection, protein residue detection and ATP test results. 【Results】There was no significant difference in visual inspection and magnifying glass assistant examination between the two groups (P>0.05). The results of occult blood test, protein residue test and ATP fluorescence test in group B were better than those in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The qualified rate of pretreatment for external equipment sprayed gel moisturizer was higher than that of pretreatment with soaking multi enzyme cleaner.
