Abstract:【Objective】To explore the clinical value of different sampling methods under electronic bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of lung cancer. 【Methods】A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 93 suspected lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023. All patients were treated with brushing and/or clamping techniques to obtain lung tissue. The lung tissues obtained by brushing technique were classified as Group A, the lung tissues obtained by clamping technique were classified as Group B, and the lung tissues obtained by brushing and clamping technique were classified as Group C. Using pathological examination results as the gold standard, compare the detection rates of lung cancer, detection rates of different pathological types of lung cancer, and diagnostic efficacy among the three groups. 【Results】The detection rates of lung cancer and benign lesions in Group C were higher than those in Group A and Group B, and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). In Group C, the detection rate of pathological types of lung cancer, such as intraductal hyperplasia, wall infiltration, extracorporeal pressure, and intraductal normalwas higher than that in Group A and Group B, however, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive accuracy, and negative predictive accuracy of Group C in diagnosing lung cancer were higher than those of Group A and Group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The combined use of brushing and clamping techniques for sampling and diagnosing lung cancer has high clinical value, improving the detection rate of lung cancer and different pathological types. The diagnostic efficiency of lung cancer with both brushing and clumping sampling is also high, which helps to guide the rational diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice.
