不稳定心绞痛患者血清PAC-1、CD40L、CD62p水平的变化及其意义

摘要 【目的】 探讨不稳定心绞痛(UAP)患者血小板激活复合物1(PAC-1)、白细胞分化抗原40配体(CD40L)、血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p水平的变化及其意义。【方法】 选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的90例UAP患者的临床资料(观察组),同时选取健康志愿者100例作为对照组,检测两组外周血PAC-1、CD40L、CD62p水平,分析UAP患者血清PAC-1、CD40L、CD62p水平与UAP严重程度分级(Braunwald分级)的相关性。【结果】 观察组血清PAC-1、CD40L、CD62p水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Braunwald分级Ⅲ级患者血清PAC-1、CD40L、CD62p水平明显高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Braunwald分级Ⅱ级患者血清PAC-1、CD40L、CD62p水平明显高于Ⅰ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清PAC-1、CD40L、CD62p水平与Braunwald分级均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。【结论】 UAP患者血清PAC-1、CD40L、CD62p表达升高,与疾病严重程度呈正相关性。

Abstract：【Objective】 To investigate the changes and significance of platelet activating complex 1 (PAC-1), leukocyte differentiation antigen 40 Ligand (CD40L) and platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP).【Methods】 The clinical data (observation group) of 90 UAP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected, and 100 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group to detect the levels of PAC-1, CD40L and CD62p in the peripheral blood of the two groups, and to analyze the correlation between the levels of PAC-1, CD40L and CD62p in the serum of UAP patients and the severity grading of UAP (Braunwald grading).【Results】 The levels of PAC-1, CD40L and CD62p in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of PAC-1, CD40L and CD62p in patients with Braunwald grade Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in patients with grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ (P<0.05);The serum levels of PAC-1, CD40L and CD62p in Braunwald grade Ⅱ patients were significantly higher than those in grade Ⅰ patients (P<0.05). The serum levels of PAC-1, CD40L and CD62p were positively correlated with Braunwald grade (mean P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The expression of PAC-1, CD40L and CD62p in serum of UAP patients is increased, which is positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
