Abstract:【Objective】To explore the application effect of childlike psychological intervention combined with family continuous management in children with bronchial asthma and its impact on pulmonary function. 【Methods】 A total of 110 children with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group (receiving childlike psychological intervention combined with family continuous management) and the control group (receiving routine nursing) according to the random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The asthma control status [Asthma Control Test (ACT)], quality of life [St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ)], self-management ability (Child Self-Management Scale), pulmonary function indexes [forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), FEV1/FVC, peak expiratory flow (PEF)] and family satisfaction [Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scales (NSNS)] were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 After nursing, the ACT score, self-management ability score, NSNS score, family satisfaction, FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the SGRQ score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Childlike psychological intervention combined with family continuous management can significantly improve the asthma control level, self-management ability and pulmonary function of children with bronchial asthma, and enhance the quality of life of children and family satisfaction.
