Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the application value of breast cancer ultrasonic signs and molecular biological indicators in the prognosis evaluation of breast cancer patients 3 years after operation. 【Methods】The clinical data of 100 female breast cancer patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Cox risk regression model was used to analyze the predictive value of molecular biological indicators [estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor(PR), proliferating cell nuclear antigen(Ki-67), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2), carbohydrate antigen 15-3(CA15-3), carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)] and ultrasound signs(lymph node metastasis, tumor size, calcification, internal echo) for the prognosis of breast cancer patients after 3 years. 【Results】During the 3-year follow-up of 100 patients, 17(17.00%) patients developed local recurrence or metastasis, and 3(3.00%) patients died. Univariate COX regression analysis showed that tumor diameter, calcification, Ki-67 and pathological stage were the influencing factors of 3-year overall survival and recurrence free survival of breast cancer patients(P<0.05); Multivariate COX regression analysis showed that tumor diameter > 5.0 cm, calcification, Ki-67 ≥ 14% were the risk factors affecting the 3-year overall survival and recurrence free survival of breast cancer patients(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Tumor diameter, calcification and Ki-67 are associated with poor prognosis in breast cancer patients.
