Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the blood test of AIDS patients in prison.【Methods】 Eighty AIDS patients serving sentences in this prison from November 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 80 healthy prisoners serving sentences at the same time were selected as the control group, and the hematological testing of all selected subjects was analyzed. 【Results】 The number of CD4+T lymphocytes, CD8+T lymphocytes, red blood cells, hemoglobin, and lymphocyte ratio in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P<0.05); The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, and serum total bilirubin in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group, while the levels of cholinesterase, albumin/globulin, total protein, and albumin were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Hematological testing can understand the immune function of the body, and can be used for early diagnosis and treatment monitoring of AIDS, so as to detect and timely intervene AIDS as soon as possible, improve the quality of life of patients and extend life span, which is of positive significance for AIDS diagnosis.
