腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术联合戊酸雌二醇治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者的临床疗效

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovariectomy (LOD) combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients with infertility. 【Methods】A total of 117 infertility patients with PCOS admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to April 2022 were recruited. According to different treatment methods, patients were divided into two groups. The control group (n=56) was treated with LOD combined with clomiphene, and the observation group (n=61) was treated with LOD combined with estradiol valerate. Patients in both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. 【Results】After treatment, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E₂), follicle number and endometrial thickness in the observation group were higher than those in control group, while luteinizing hormone (LH) in the obseation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The total treatment effective rate, high-quality follicle rate and 1-year follow-up pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). 【Conclusion】LOD combined with estradiol valerate for treating PCOS patients with infertility can significantly improve the quality follicle rate and pregnancy rate, improve ovarian function and endometrial thickness, and not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
