中医综合护理干预对功能性便秘患者肛肠动力学指标和症状改善状况的影响

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing intervention on anorectal dynamics and symptom improvement in patients with functional constipation.【Methods】 A total of 82 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 41 patients in each group. The control group received Mibaokang treatment and routine nursing care, while the observation group received the same treatment as the control group with the addition of integrated TCM nursing intervention. The differences in anorectal dynamics [resting anal pressure (ARP), maximal anal contraction pressure (AMCP), longest anal contraction time (ALCT)], constipation symptom scores, TCM syndrome scores, and anxiety trait scores (STAI) before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.【Results】 After the intervention, the ARP and AMCP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in ALCT levels between the two groups (P>0.05). The constipation symptom scores, TCM syndrome scores, and STAI scores in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Integrated TCM nursing intervention can improve anorectal dynamics, alleviate symptoms, and reduce the severity of constipation and anxiety in patients with functional constipation, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
