急性髓系白血病患者血清ACLY表达水平及意义

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the expression and significance of serum ATP citrate lyase(ACLY) in patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML). 【Methods】From March 2013 to January 2016, 85 patients with AML admitted to Hematology Department of our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Relative expressions of ACLY in serum of AML patients were detected by RT-q PCR, and the relationship between ACLY in serum and prognosis of AML patients was analyzed. 【Results】The 3-year survival rate in 85 patients with AML was 28.24%(24/85). The relative expression of ACLY in serum of AML patients of death group was significantly higher than that of survival group AML patients [(1.72 ±0.37) vs(1.21 ±0.32), P<0.05]. The AUC of the prognosis of AML assessed by ACLY was 0.860. The median survival time of AML patients with ACLY ≥ 1.57 was significantly lower than that of AML patients with ACLY<1.57[10(95%CI:8~16) months vs 20(95% CI:10~31) months, P<0.05]. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that WBC(white blood cell), NCCN stratification, bone marrow primordial granulocyte count, complete remission, ACLY were closely related to the prognosis of AML patients(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】ACLY is closely related to the prognosis of AML. Detection of serum ACLY is helpful to evaluate the prognosis of AML patients.
