Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the effects of cilobatazole combined with amiodarone on coagulation function and myocardial remodeling in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after PCI. 【Methods】 A total of 80 patients with CHD who underwent PCI surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with cilotazole, while the patients in the observation group were treated with cilotazole combined with amiodarone. Clotting function,The myocardial remodeling rate and platelet aggregation rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The number of patients with adverse reactions and treatment efficiency was compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The coagulation function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The myocardial remodeling rate of the observation group was significantly higher and the platelet aggregation rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The number of patients with adverse reactions (such as nausea, dizziness and difficulty breathing) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The overall treatment efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The use of cilostazol combined with amiodarone for treatment of coronary heart disease patients who have undergone PCI can optimize the patients' coagulant function, increase the possibility of myocardial remodeling and platelet aggregation in patients and reduce the rate of patients with adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
