Livin、PTEN蛋白在EMs组织中的表达及其意义

Abstract 【Objective】To in vestigate the expression and significance of Livin protein and PTEN protein in endometriosis (EMs) tissues. 【Methods】From January 2016 to may 2018, 80 cases of postoperative EMs endometrial tissue (EMs group) and 80 cases of normal endometrial tissue obtained from hysteromyoma operation were selected as the control group. Livin and PTEN protein levels in the two groups were detected and compared by immunohistochemistry, and their clinical significance was analyzed.【Results】The positive expression rate of PTEN protein in the EMs group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) positive expression rate of Livin protein was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05); the positive expression rate of Livin protein and PTEN protein in patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ of AFS stage was not significantly different from that of stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ(P>0.05); the positive expression rate of PTEN protein was higher than that of ectopic intima (P<0.05) in EMs patients, and the positive expression rate of Livin protein was lower than that of ectopic intima (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】High expression of Livin protein and low expression of PTEN protein in EMs endometrial tissue may be related to the occurrence of EMs.
