Abstract  【Objective】To explore the value of combined detection of IMA, cTnI and myo in the diagnosis and condition evaluation of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). 【Methods】One hundred and twenty patients with AMI (observation group) and 120 healthy volunteers (control group) treated in our hospital were selected. The serum Myo,cTnI,IMA levels of the two groups were measured and the changes of serum Myo,cTnI,IMA levels of patients with different coronary artery lesions were compared. The value of differential diagnosis of AMI was analyzed by ROC analysis of the working curve of the subjects. 【Results】The level of serum Myo,cTnI,IMA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The level of serum Myo,cTnI,IMA in patients with three-vessel disease and two-vessel disease in the AMI group was higher than that in patients with single-vessel coronary artery disease. The serum levels of myo, cTnI and IMA of the patients with three-vessel deaease in the AMI group were significantly higher than those with two vessel disease (P<0.05).). The diagnosis of AMI by serum Myo, cTnI and IMA showed that the sensitivity was 96.38%, the specificity was 90.11%, the missed diagnosis rate was 3.62%, the misdiagnosis rate was 9.89%, and the AUC value was 0.932. 【Conclusion】The combined detection of serum Myo, cTnI and IMA has a certain clinical value for the early diagnosis of AMI.
