Effect of Xingnaojing Injection Combined with Alteplase Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy on Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction |

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the treatment effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis of atteplase on the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.【Methods】A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction who admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were only treated with alteplase thrombolytic therapy. While patients in the observation group were treated with Xingnaojing injection combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Scores of NIHSS, concise Fugl-Meyer scale and ESS, Barthel index, efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups before treatment (T1), 1 week after treatment(T2) and 1 month after treatment (T3), respectively.【Results】There were no differences in the scores between the two groups at T1 (P>0.05). The scores of NIHSS at T2 and T3 of both groups were lower than those of the previous time point (P<0.05), while the NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of the concise fugl-meyer scale, Barthel index and ESS of the two groups at T2 and T3 were higher than those of the previous period (P<0.05); and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56% (43/45), which was higher than that of the control group 80.00% (36/45,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.89% (4/45), which was significantly lower than that in the control group 26.67% (12/45,P<0.05).【Conclusion】The treatment of Xingnaojing injection combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis has better therapeutic effects on patients with acute cerebral infarction with less adverse reactions. It greatly improves the neurological function, rehabilitation, self-care ability and exercise capacity of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
