雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片对子宫内膜薄性不孕症患者子宫内膜厚度及容积的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets on endometrial thickness and volume in patients with thin endometrial infertility. 【Methods】A total of 98 cases of endometrial infertility patients admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method. The control group was given estradiol valerate tablets, while the observation group was treated with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets. The endometrial thickness, endometrial volume, estradiol (E₂), luteinizing hormone (LH), progesterone levels, adverse reactions during treatment, pregnancy rate and pregnancy outcome within one year were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. 【Results】The endometrial thickness in both groups was significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05). More important evidence is that the endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment. The time for endometrial thickness to reach 8mm was significantly shorter than that in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). The proportion of endometrial volume ≥2 mL after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in endometrial type between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, levels of E₂ and progesterone in both groups increased significantly, while LH level decreased significantly (P<0.05). After treatment, E₂ and progesterone levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while LH levels were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The pregnancy rate of 1-year after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in pregnancy outcomes (early abortion rate and term delivery rate) between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Treatment with estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets in patients with thin endometrial infertility can significantly improve endometrial thickness and volume to enhance the pregnant rate.
