Abstract  【Objective】To investigate the sexual dysfunction and risk factors of female patients with condyloma acuminatum after treatment. 【Objective】 The clinical data of 96 female patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in Shaanxi rehabilitation hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. The incidence of sexual dysfunction after treatment was analyzed, and the general data such as age, education and bad living habits were counted. The influencing factors of sexual dysfunction after treatment were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression. 【Results】 A total of 96 patients completed the treatment successfully, and 33 patients had sexual dysfunction after treatment, accounting for 34.38%; 63 cases had no sexual dysfunction after treatment, accounting for 65.62%, which were included in the asexual dysfunction group. Univariate analysis showed that the sexual dysfunction of female patients with condyloma acuminatum after treatment was correlated with education, combined diseases, human papillomavirus 16 (HPV16), drinking, staying up late and the location of skin lesions (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education level (OR=1.147, 95%CI=1.021~1.289), HPV16 (OR=2.517, 95%CI=1.185~5.346), drinking (OR=4.156, 95%CI=1.325~13.036), staying up late (OR=4.153, 95%CI=1.354~12.738), skin lesion site (OR=5.913, 95%CI=2.385~14.660) was an independent risk factor for sexual dysfunction in female patients with condyloma acuminatum after treatment (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The disorder of sexual function in female patients with condyloma acuminatum after treatment is closely related to their education, HPV16, drinking, staying up late and the location of skin lesions.
