Observation on the Dosage of Propofol in Abdominal Operation of Patients with Different Degrees of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the dosage of propofol in esophagogastric fundus venous devascularization in patients with different degrees of hepatitis B cirrhosis.【Methods】 A total of 93 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who received esophagogastric fundus venous devascularization in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were included in the study. All patients were divided into group A (n=36), group B (n=30) and group C (n=27) according to Child-Pugh liver function grading. In addition, 30 cases of abdominal surgery without hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital during the same period were included in the study and set as the control group. All patients in the four groups received anesthesia induction of propofol, and the concentration of ventricular effect, target concentration and usage of propofol when the four groups lost consciousness and the BIS was 50 were compared, as well as the occurrence of hemodynamic events in the four groups.【Results】 Compared to the control group, there were statistically significant differences in the concentration, target concentration and dosage of propofol in the four groups (P<0.05). The comparison of propofol effect concentration, target concentration and usage amount at the moment of lost consciousness and BIS reaching 50 showed that the control group>A group>B group>C group, and the differences showing a decreasing trend among the groups were all significant(P<0.05). The incidence of hypotension, arrhythmia and tachycardia in group C was significantly higher than those in control group and group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 In patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis, with the aggravation of cirrhosis, the dosage of propofol is also significantly reduced, and the incidence of hypotension, arrhythmia and tachycardia is also significantly increased
