Abstract  【Objective】 To investigate the curative effect of safflower injection combined with limb rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.【Methods】 One hundred and twelve patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from September 2015 to may 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group was treated with Safflower Injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, hemodynamic changes and serum inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.【Results】 The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, significantly higher than 78.57% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.667, P<0.05); after treatment, the Fugl Meyer Rating Scale (FMA) score and Barthel Index (BI) score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) The blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the maximum peak flow velocity and vascular resistance index of bilateral middle cerebral arteries were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs CRP) and central nerve specific protein (S100 β protein) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β 1) in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】 On the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy, safflower injection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with cerebral infarction, improve the blood flow status of patients, and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, which is worthy of clinical application.
