| Correlation between Changes of T Lymphocyte and Inflammatory Factors and Hyperthyroidism Liver Damage |

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between CD4+ T cells, CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells, inflammatory factors and hyperthyroidism liver function injury.【Methods】 The clinical data of 132 patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were selected, including 70 patients with liver function injury (observation group) and 62 patients with normal liver function (control group). The levels of CD4+ T cells and CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells were detected and compared between the two groups. The serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), triiodothyronine (T3) and tetraiodothyronine (T4) were compared between the two groups.【Results】 The level of T3 and T4 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in TSH level between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the levels of CD4+ T cells and CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ALT and AST were (104.38±32.10) U/L and (90.03±24.39) U/L, respectively, ALP was (82.2±17.44) U/L; Pearson correlation analysis of T lymphocytes, inflammatory factors and ALT, AST, ALP and thyroid hormone levels showed that CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells were negatively correlated with ALT, AST, ALP, T3 and T4 (r=-0.544, -0.434,-0.414, -0.322, -0.303, all P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-10 increased significantly, while the levels of CD4+ T cells and CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells decreased significantly in patients with hyperthyroid liver function injury. Meanwhile, the changes of T lymphocyte subsets are closely related to liver function and thyroid hormone levels.
