Abstract  【Objective】To explore the relationship between the changes of serum TNF-α, 5-HT, E and IL-1βin patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) complieted with depression. 【Methods】One hundred and six PD patients (observation group) admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected, and 53 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of TNF-α, 5-HT, E and IL-1 βin serum of the two groups were measured. The PD group was divided into depression group and non depression group according to the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24). 【Results】The levels of TNF-α, e, IL-1 β in the serum of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the levels of 5-HT in the serum were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α, E, IL-1βin the depression group were higher than those in the non depression group, and the levels of 5-HT in the depression group were lower than those in the non depression group (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α, E, IL-1βin serum of PD patients with depression were positively correlated with HAMD-24 scores (rTNF-α= 0.411,rE=0.362, rIL-1β=0.446, all P<0.05), while the levels of 5-HT in serum were negatively correlated with HAMD-24 scores (r5-HT=-0.507, P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The levels of TNF-α, E, IL-1β in the serum of PD patients with depression are higher, and 5-HT are lower than those of PD patients with depression alone.
