18例儿童环状肉芽肿临床及组织病理分析

Abstract 【Objective】To summarize the clinical and histopathological features of granuloma annularis in children. 【Methods】The clinical data and histopathological findings of 18 children with granuloma annulare diagnosed and treated in children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2013 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. 【Results】The skin lesions were mostly characterized by single circular erythema or plaques fused by red papules with clear boundary. Histopathological examination showed palisade granulomatous changes in the dermis with degenerated collagen fibers in the center and palisade arrangement of lymphocytes, histiocytes and a small number of epithelioid cells around the dermis. 【Conclusion】According to the typical skin lesion characteristics and pathological manifestations, the diagnosis of granuloma annular can be confirmed.
