Abstract  【Objective】 To investigate the clinical analysis of 3D printing technology in the treatment of complex acetabular fractures. 【Methods】 Eighty patients with complex acetabular fractures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group (n=38) and the control group (n=42) according to the final selected treatment, the observation group was given 3D printing assistant treatment, while the control group was given conventional surgery, the operation conditions, fracture reduction and hip joint function and so on of the two groups were observed. 【Results】 The amount of bleeding, operation time, incision length and intraoperative fluoroscopy in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05); The fracture reduction and hip joint function of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 week and 1 month after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 3D printing technology has a good clinical effect in the treatment of complex acetabular fractures, and is worthy of clinical application.
