| Effects of Endurance Active Exercise Training on Motor Endurance, Limb Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage |

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the effects of endurance active exercise training on motor endurance, limb function and quality of life in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). 【Methods】 A total of 87 ICH patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected and divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=42) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received endurance active exercise training on the basis of routine nursing. Before and after intervention, the two groups were compared in limb function [Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) score], motor endurance [10-meter Maximum Walking Speed (MWS), Timed Up and Go Test (TUGT)], and quality of life [Stroke Impact Scale (SIS) score]. 【Results】 After intervention, the upper and lower limb function scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The MWS of both groups increased and TUGT time shortened after intervention; the observation group had higher MWS and shorter TUGT than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of strength, hand function, mobility, daily activities, memory and thinking, communication, emotion and participation in both groups were all higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Endurance active exercise training can significantly improve limb function, enhance motor endurance and quality of life in ICH patients, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
