Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the application effect of CO2 fractional laser combined with subcutaneous dissection followed by concentrated growth factor (CGF) filling in the treatment of depressed scars. 【Methods】 A total of 100 patients with depressed scars treated in our hospital from July 2023 to June 2025 were enrolled and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CO2 fractional laser alone, while the observation group received combined treatment of CO2 fractional laser, subcutaneous dissection and subsequent CGF filling. The two groups were compared in terms of scar grading, pain score, anxiety score, scar satisfaction score, Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale (GAIS) score, duration of erythema and edema, healing time, and incidence of pigmentation. 【Results】 After treatment, the scar grading of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). At 1 and 3 days after treatment, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 7 days after treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the scar satisfaction score and GAIS score were higher (P<0.05). No significant differences were found in the duration of erythema and edema, healing time and incidence of pigmentation between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 For patients with depressed scars, the combined regimen of CO2 fractional laser, subcutaneous dissection and CGF filling can effectively improve the morphological appearance of scar lesions, enhance the overall aesthetic effect, and relieve appearance-related anxiety. Although patients experience obvious short-term postoperative pain, they can achieve good long-term comfort.
