Abstract:【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of RPG global postural rehabilitation technique combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation, manual massage in patients with myofascial chronic pelvic pain (MFPP).【Methods】A total of 80 female patients diagnosed as MFPP treated in the pelvic floor diagnosis and treatment center of Hunan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to December 2023 were selected and they were divided into the observation group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases) through the random number table method. All two groups received 1 course of stimulation therapy + manual massage + pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy, while the observation group was also given the RPG global postural rehabilitation training. Treatment efficiency after treatment, degree of pelvic myofascial pain and abnormal posture recovery before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.【Results】The treatment effective rate was 87.50% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain of the left side, right side, obturator, piriformis, and the mixed patten showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the proportion of patients with moderate and severe pain in both groups was significantly reduced compared with before treatment (P<0.05), and the proportion of patients without pain in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of abnormal posture improvement was 57.33% in the observation group and 37.5% in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】RPG global postural rehabilitation technique combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation, manual massage can significantly relieve the pain of MFPP, which is a safe and effective method for the treatment of MFPP. The long-term efficacy needs to be further observed.
