Abstract:【Objective】To explore the risk factors of stress ulcer (SU) after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery. 【Methods】 A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 374 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to January 2022. They were divided into an SU group (n=42) and a non SU group (n=332) based on whether they had postoperative complications. The baseline data of two groups of patients were compared and the logistic multiple factor regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of postoperative complications of cerebral hemorrhage. The ROC curve was used to analyze the value of logistic multivariate regression model in evaluating postoperative complications of cerebral hemorrhage.【Results】 There were significant differences in age,serum potassium,Gastrin and lactic acid between the two groups (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age (≥ 60 years old),serum potassium (≤ 3.84 mmol/L),Gastrin (>73.17 ng/L),and lactic acid (>2.70 mmol/L) were the risk factors for SU after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery (P<0.05). The AUC of the logistic regression model for evaluating postoperative complications of cerebral hemorrhage with SU was 0.878 (95%CI:0.824-0.936),with a sensitivity of 82.13% and a specificity of 83.66%.【Conclusion】Age,serum potassium,Gastrin and lactic acid levels are important influencing factors for postoperative SU after intracerebral hemorrhage. Clinicians can formulate corresponding intervention measures to reduce the risk of postoperative SU.
