Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effect of condyloma acuminata treated with Anti-wart lotion on the balance of helper T cell 1 (Th1) / helper T cell 2 (Th2) and the recurrence rate. 【Methods】A total of 74 female patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in the department of dermatology, east hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by lot, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with carbon dioxide laser after admission. The observation group was wet applied with Anti-wart lotion after wound healing, and the control group was smeared with imiquimod cream. Four weeks was a course of treatment, and both groups were treated for two consecutive courses. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, adverse reaction rate and Th1/Th2 indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups [interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-10 (IL-10), Th1/Th2], inflammatory response indicators [high sensitivity C-reactive protein (HS CPR), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)], vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and human papillomavirus (HPV)-DNA. 【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); Before treatment, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10 and Th1/Th2 of both groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Compared with those before treatment, IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and IFN-γ, Th1/Th2 increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); But after treatment,IFN-γ,IL-4, IL-10 and Th1/Th2 in both groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Before treatment, VEGF, hs-CPR, TNF-α and HPV-DNA was compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Compared with those before treatment, VEGF,HPV-DNA, hs-CPR and TNF-α in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, VEGF, hs-CPR and TNF-α were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); HPV-DNA in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The Anti-wart lotion is effective in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum, which can improve the immune function of patients, reduce inflammatory reaction, and has no obvious adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
