Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effect of personalized peptide mesh combined with barrier membrane in guided bone regeneration (GBR) for alveolar bone defect repair. 【Methods】A total of 106 patients with alveolar bone defects with missing upper anterior teeth who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 53 cases in each group. GBR technique was used to repair alveolar bone defects in both groups,conventional barrier membrane was used in the control group,and personalized peptide net was given in the observation group on the basis of the control group. The bone increment,gingival aesthetics,periodontal index and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 Six months after operation,the width of alveolar bone in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05),the change of alveolar bone width was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total score of red aesthetic index (PES) of implant repair was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the total score of white aesthetic index (WES) between the two groups (P>0.05). The depth of detection (PD) and the level of adhesion (AL) of the two groups at 6 months after operation were lower than those before operation (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PD and Al between the two groups at 6 months after operation (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of total complications one month after operation (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The use of personalized peptide net and barrier membrane in GBR repair of alveolar bone defects can increase the bone mass and red aesthetic effect of alveolar bone defects,provide a stable implant environment,and have good safety.
