Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the expression level and significance of thyrotropin (TSH), thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) and thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) in serum of patients with diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism Graves Disease. 【Methods】A total of 130 Graves patients (observation group) treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected, and 100 healthy volunteers were selected as control group, serum TSH, TPOAb and TGAb levels were measured. 【Results】 The level of TSH in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the level of TPOAb and TGAb in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the level of TSH, TPOAb and TGAb in the observation group with and without exophthalmos had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). In the observation group, there were 33 patients with hypothyroidism 6 months after treatment; the levels of TPOAb and TGAb in patients with early-onset hypothyroidism before treatment were significantly higher than those in patients without hypothyroidism (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The serum levels of TSH, TPOAb and TGAb were significantly abnormal in patients with Graves' disease. The levels of TPOAb and TGAb before treatment may be related to the occurrence of hypothyroidism after treatment, but the levels of TSH, TPOAb and TGAb have no significant relationship with the presence of exophthalmos.
