Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the imaging features of diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis and non tuberculous pneumonia. 【Methods】 The clinical data of 50 cases of diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis and 50 cases of nontuberculous pneumonia were analyzed retrospectively. The imaging features of the two groups were compared.【Results】 The lesions of non tuberculous pneumonia patients mainly distributed in the right upper lobe, right lower lobe and right middle lobe; the lesions of diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis patients mainly distributed in the right upper lobe, left upper lobe and right lower lobe. The main CT signs of non tuberculous pneumonia patients were bronchiectasis, bronchitis and cavity; the main CT signs of diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis patients were bronchiectasis and cavity. In the diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis group, the cavity position was mostly in the internal zone, while in the non tuberculous pneumonia group, the cavity position was mostly in the outer zone; the CT signs of bronchiectasis in the diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis group were mostly columnar, cystic and mixed type, while the CT signs of bronchiectasis in the non tuberculous pneumonia group were mostly columnar.【Conclusion】 There are differences in the location of lesion distribution, cavity location and bronchiectasis morphology between patients with diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis and non tuberculous pneumonia, which can be used as the basis for differential diagnosis.
