Abstract:【Objective】To analyze the psychological resilience of outpatients and its influencing factors. 【Methods】With the method of cluster sampling, 247 outpatient nurses from 9 Grade-A general hospitals in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan of Hunan Province were investigated by using general data questionnaire, simple coping style scale (SCSQ), social support rating scale (SSRs) and Chinese Revised Psychological Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Single factor analysis of variance and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the psychological resilience status and influencing factors of outpatients. 【Results】Therhe was significant difference in psychological resilience among nurses of different age, education level and working age (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of psychological resilience of outpatient nurses was positively correlated with the total score of social support, subjective support, objective support and utilization of support (P<0.05), positively correlated with positive response (P<0.05), and not positively correlated with negative response (P>0.05). Positive coping, social support and education level were the related factors (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The psychological resilience of out-patient nurses is at a low level. Positive coping style, social support and educational level are the important factors affecting the psychological resilience of out-patient nurses.
