Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise in combination with relaxation training on blood pressure, negative emotion and maternal-infant outcome of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. 【Methods】 A total of 126 cases of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy were selected from July 2014 to June 2016. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given aerobic exercise combined with relaxation training on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure control, negative emotions and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups before delivery.【Results】Two groups of patients actually completed the study in 62 cases. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure difference in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the scores of anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Follow-up to delivery showed that preterm delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and placental abruption were 8.06%, 6.45% and 3.23% in the observation group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (20.97%, 19.35% and 12.90%); neonatal body mass and gestational weeks of termination of pregnancy were (3770.56±418.67) g and (38.7±0.78) weeks, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (3420.73 ±349.86) g and (38.41±0.60) weeks, with statistical significance (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Aerobic exercise combined with relaxation training can help control the blood pressure level of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, alleviate anxiety and depression, and improve maternal and infant outcomes, which is worthy of clinical application.
