Abstract:【Objective】To analyze the effect of target-oriented fluid and conventional fluid therapy on the efficacy and cognitive function of patients with meningioma resection 【Methods】A total of 60 patients with meningioma resection were selected in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2017.According to the different therapeutic methods, they were divided into the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group were treated by conventional liquid treatment whilepatients in the observation group were treated by the target-oriented liquid treatment. Analysis of the clinical effect and indexes (SaO2,SjvO2, PaO2,PjvO2, NSE,S100β,SOD and MDA) of the two groups of patients after treatment was conducted. 【Results】The operation related durations (operation time, hospitalization and ICU) of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, two groups of patients with NSE,,beta protein of SOD, MDA and brain metabolism index level were compared. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the SOD level in patients of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while NSE, S100β protein and MDA levels were lower than those of the control group, and cerebral metabolic index was better than that of control group; the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Target-oriented liquid treatment has positive effect on postoperative rehabilitation and brain metabolism in patients with meningioma resection . Thus, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
