Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the expression and significance of CD147 and FOXM1 in cervical cancer. 【Methods】SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CD147 and FOXM1 in 31 cases of cervical cancer and 35 cases in the control group.【Results】The results showed that the positive rates of CD147 and FOXM1 in the cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the positive expression of CD147 and FOXM1 was closely related to the stage of FIGO 2018 cervical cancer; moreover, in cervical cancer, expression of CD147 was positively related with FOXM1(P<0.01). 【Conclusions】CD147 and FOXM1 played an important role in invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. Joint detection of CD147 and FOXM1 was expected to be new index for judging the prognosis of cervical cancer.
