Observation on the Efficacy of Biofeedback Electric Stimulation Combined with Vaginal Dumb-bell for Pelvic Function Recovery of Patients after Hysterectomy
摘要【目的】探讨生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃对子宫全切术后患者盆底功能恢复的疗效。【方法】160例行开腹子宫全切术后患者分为四组，每组40例，A组给予kegel训练，B组给予阴道哑铃训练，C组给予生物反馈联合电刺激治疗，D组给予生物反馈联合电刺激及阴道哑铃训练，比较四组治疗前后盆底肌肉压力。【结果】D组患者治疗后盆底肌力较其他三组相比恢复较快，且差异有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练可有效改善子宫全切术后患者盆底功能。
Abstract：[Objective]To explore the efficacy of biofeedback electric stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell for pelvic function recovery of patients after hysterectomy .[Methods] Totally 160 patients after open abdominal hysterectomy were divided into 4 groups with 40 patients in each group .Group A received ke-gel training .Group B received vaginal dumbbell training .Group C received biofeedback electric stimulation therapy .Group D received biofeedback electric stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training .Pelvic muscle strength in 4 groups was compared before and after treatment .[Results] There was significant differ-ence in pelvic muscle strength between group D and other 3 groups( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Biofeedback e-lectrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell can effectively improve pelvic function of patients after hysterectomy .
