Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the application effect of interesting guidance combined with multidimensional intervention in children with bronchopneumonia.【Methods】 A total of 88 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received interesting guidance combined with multidimensional intervention on the basis of routine intervention. The recovery status(antipyretic time, lung rales disappearance time, cough and wheeze disappearance time, hospital stay), pulmonary function indicators [vital capacity(VC), tidal volume(VT), maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV), functional residual capacity(FRC)], medical compliance behavior, and emotional status [Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED) score] were compared between the two groups.【Results】 The antipyretic time, lung rales disappearance time, cough and wheeze disappearance time, and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the VC, VT, MVV, and FRC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the scores of all items of medical compliance behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the scores of all dimensions of SCARED in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Interesting guidance combined with multidimensional intervention can promote the rehabilitation of children with bronchopneumonia, improve pulmonary function, enhance medical compliance behavior, and alleviate negative emotions, which has good clinical practical value.
