Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the application value of childlike intervention in children with oral candidiasis. 【Methods】A total of 80 children with oral candidiasis were randomly divided into an observation group (receiving routine intervention + childlike intervention) and a control group (receiving routine intervention), with 40 cases in each group. The treatment compliance, improvement time of clinical symptoms, psychological status of children and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The time for body temperature and white blood cell count to return to normal in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The anxiety level (SCAS score) and medical fear level (CMFS score) of the observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention and those of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance and the family satisfaction score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Childlike intervention in the treatment of oral candidiasis can significantly improve children's clinical symptoms, psychological status and treatment compliance, while enhancing family satisfaction, and has a good clinical application prospect.
