Abstract：【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of hyaluronic acid gel combined with amethasone furoate ointment in treating children with eczema. 【Methods】 A total of 90 cases of eczema children admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,45 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with hyaluronic acid gel combined with mometasone furoate ointment. The skin lesion score, pruritus score, serum interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-2 (IL-2), interferon γ (IFN- γ), clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.【Results】Before treatment, there was no significant difference in (EASI), pruritus score, IL-4, IL-2 and IFN- γ levels between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the EASI score, pruritus score and IL-2,IFN- γ levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The level of IL-4 was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the two groups was 100%. In the experimental group, the cure rate was 64.44%, the markedly effective rate was 28.89% and the effective rate was 6.67%, which were significantly higher than those of the control group, the cure rate 44.44%, the markedly effective rate 40.00% and the effective rate 15.56%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 13.33%, which was not significantly different from that of the control group (6.67%) (P>0.05).【Conclusion】Hyaluronic acid gel combined with momethasone furoate ointment can effectively treat children with eczema, improve local skin damage score, relieve pruritus symptoms, and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of eczema, at the same time, no obvious adverse reactions occurred, which is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical application.
