Abstract:【Objective】To explore the effect of family contract on rehabilitation of stroke patients. 【Methods】A total of 200 patients 200 patients with stroke sequelae admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine community rehabilitation intervention after discharge, while the patients in the observation group received rehabilitation intervention through the contracted services of community family doctors. After 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of intervention, the patients'ability to live completely independently was assessed by modified Rankin Scale (MRS), and the self-perceived Burden Scale (SPBS) was used to measure the patients' self-perceived burden. Family function scale (APGAR) was used to assess the family function of patients, 60s sit-and-stand (STS-60) were used to assess muscle endurance, and 5s sit-and-stand (STS-5) were used to assess muscle strength.【Results】 Before and 3 months after intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After 6 months and 9 months of intervention, the MRS and SPB scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention (P<0.05), APGAR scores were significantly higher than those before intervention (P<0.05), and the MRS and SPB scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), APGAR scores were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). It was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in STS-60 and STS-5 between the two groups (P>0.05); after 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of intervention, STS-60 in the two groups increased gradually (P<0.05), and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), while that in the two groups decreased gradually (P<0.05), and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Community implementation of family contract has obvious effect on rehabilitation of stroke patients. It has obvious effect on improving patients'ability to live independently, exercise, family function and reducing their burden of self-feeling. With the passage of time, the effect of intervention becomes more obvious, and it is suitable for popularization and application.
