电针联合独活寄生汤对非特异性腰痛患者腰椎功能及炎症因子的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the effects of electroacupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on lumbar function and inflammatory cytokines in patients with non-specific low back pain (NLBP). 【Methods】The clinical data of 121 patients with NLBP treated at Fangcheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into an observation group (n=62, receiving electroacupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction) and a control group (n=59, receiving Duhuo Jisheng Decoction alone). The degree of low back pain, lumbar function, lumbar range of motion, overall response rate, overall incidence of adverse reactions, and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat and pyrin domain-containing receptor 3(NLRP3) were compared between the two groups. 【Results】One month after treatment, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, Quebec Back Pain Disability Scale (QBPDS) score, and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) score of both groups were lower than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). One month after treatment, the extension range of motion and flexion range of motion of both groups were greater than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and the above indicators in the observation group were greater than those in the control group (all P<0.05). The overall response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). One month after treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and NLRP3 in both groups were lower than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Electroacupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with NLBP: it can improve lumbar function, alleviate low back pain, and inhibit the serum expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, and NLRP3, with a favorable safety profile.
