| Application Effect of Early Warning Risk Management Model in Prevention and Control of Vascular Crisis after Digit Replantation |

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the application effect of early warning risk management model in the prevention and control of vascular crisis after digit replantation. 【Methods】 A total of 100 patients undergoing digit replantation for hand trauma in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into control group (routine management mode) and observation group (early warning risk management model) by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The levels of stress hormones (cortisol, epinephrine, norepinephrine), stress response [Stress Response Questionnaire (SRQ) score], negative emotions [Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score] were compared between the two groups before and after intervention, and the incidence of postoperative vascular crisis was statistically analyzed. 【Results】 After intervention, the levels of cortisol, epinephrine and norepinephrine in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the SRQ scores of both groups decreased, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention (P<0.05). The incidence of vascular crisis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2=4.891, P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The early warning risk management model can effectively improve patients' physiological and psychological stress status, and exert a remarkable effect on preventing postoperative vascular crisis.
