外科快速康复护理联合摄食细节指导对口腔癌术后患者吞咽功能的影响

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the impact of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) nursing combined with feeding detail guidance on swallowing function in patients after oral cancer surgery. 【Methods】 A total of 84 patients who underwent oral cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine clinical nursing, while the observation group was given enhanced recovery after surgery nursing combined with feeding detail guidance. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. 【Results】 After nursing intervention, the pharyngeal constriction rates of the observation group for thin liquid diet, thick liquid diet and pureed diet were significantly lower than those of the control group. Meanwhile, the levels of nutritional status indicators and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Enhanced recovery after surgery nursing combined with feeding detail guidance can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients after oral cancer surgery, thereby ensuring that patients take in sufficient nutrients and ultimately achieving the goal of improving their quality of life.
