多学科合作联合5P转运体系在急诊危重症患者长途转运中的应用效果

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the effectiveness of applying a multidisciplinary collaboration model combined with the 5P transfer system in the long-distance transport of critically ill emergency patients.【Methods】 A total of 322 critically ill patients requiring long-distance transfer between January and June,2024 were included as the control group, using the conventional transfer protocol. Another 359 critically ill patients transferred between July and December,2024 constituted the observation group, where the multidisciplinary collaboration combined with the 5P transfer system was implemented. Transfer time, incidence of adverse events during transport, occurrence of information omissions during transfer and handover, and nursing cooperation level were compared between the two groups.【Results】 There was no significant difference in transfer distance between the two groups (P>0.05). The observation group had significantly shorter transfer times, a lower overall incidence of adverse events during transport, fewer handover information omissions, and a higher level of nursing cooperation compared to the control group (all P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The application of a multidisciplinary collaboration model combined with the 5P transfer system in the long-distance transport of critically ill emergency patients can significantly improve transfer efficiency, reduce transfer risks, and contribute to the stabilization of patients' conditions transfer.
