平片疝修补术对腹股沟疝患者炎症因子及术后疼痛程度的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effects of transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair (TAPP) and Lichtenstein flat film hernia repair on inflammatory factors and postoperative pain in patients with inguinal hernia. 【Methods】The clinical data of 76 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received Lichtenstein plain film hernia repair, and the observation group received TAPP. Perioperative indexes, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and serum inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP)] were compared between the two groups. The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The time of operation, the time of getting out of bed, the time of eating and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the hospitalization cost was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups at 3 and 7 days after surgery were lower than those of the same group at 1 day after surgery, and the VAS scores at 7 days after surgery were lower than those of the same group at 3 days after surgery, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group at 3 and 7 days after operation were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After operation, the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were higher than before operation, and the observation group was lower than control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Compared with Lichtenstein surgery, TAPP surgery in the treatment of inguinal hernia patients has faster postoperative recovery, less pain, lower incidence of complications and higher safety.
