角膜保护剂联合睑板腺按摩在白内障术后患者中的应用效果

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of corneal protectants combined with meibomian gland massage in patients after cataract surgery.【Methods】A total of 108 patients who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given meibomian gland massage 1 week before surgery, while the observation group was combined with corneal protectants in addition to the way of the control group. objective scatter index (OSI), schirmer test (SIt), signs and symptoms score, meibomian gland opening score and lacrimal river height were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment, OSI in observation group was lower than that in the control group, while SIt was higher than control group (P<0.05). The scores of sensory symptoms and ocular surface signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The meibomian gland opening score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the lacrimal river height was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Meibomian gland massage combined with corneal protectants can effectively improve OSI, SIt, and dry eye symptoms and signs in patients treated with cataract surgery.
