安康市早产儿视网膜病变筛查结果及影响因素分析<sup>*</sup>

Abstract 【Objective】To analyze the screening results of retinopathy of prematurity and its influencing factors in Ankang City. 【Methods】A total of 836 preterm infants who underwent fundus screening in the Ankang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to December 2021 were selected and grouped according to gestational age and birth weight according to diagnostic criteria to study the detection rate of retinopathy of prematurity and its influencing factors in each group. 【Results】The detection rate of retinopathy of prematurity in 836 cases was 13.88%(116/836), among which 8 cases were severe retinopathy of prematurity, accounting for 6.90%(8/116). There were significant differences in the detection rate of retinopathy of prematurity among different gestational age, birth weight, oxygen inhalation time and red blood cell transfusion history (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The detection rate of retinopathy of prematurity is high in Ankang City, and preterm infants with small gestational age, low birth weight, oxygen duration longer than 7 days and red blood cell transfusion history should be paid attention to.
