| The Effect of Baduanjin Combined with Cardiac Rehabilitation Seven-step Intervention on the Living Ability and Psychological Status of Coronary Heart Disease Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery Treatment |

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the effects of the combination of Baduanjin and cardiac rehabilitation seven-steps intervention on the living ability and psychological status of coronary heart disease patients undergoing cardiac surgery. 【Methods】 Eighty patients with coronary heart disease treated with cardiac surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group (receiving routine rehabilitation intervention) and an observation group (receiving eight segment brocade combined with seven step cardiac rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group) using a random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. We compared the daily living ability scale (ADL) scores, psychological state scores, and postoperative complication rates between two groups of patients. 【Results】After intervention, the ADL scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of tension, depression, anger, and dullness in both groups of patients were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group. The vitality scores of both groups of patients were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The combination of Baduanjin and cardiac rehabilitation seven-steps method can effectively improve the daily living ability of coronary heart disease patients undergoing cardiac surgery, improve their psychological state, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
