Effect of Rilaluptide Combined with Calcium Dobesilate on Inflammation and Hemodynamics in Patients with Non-proliferative Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of rilaluptide combined with calcium dobesilate on inflammation and hemodynamics in patients with non-proliferative type 2 diabetic retinopathy. 【Methods】Seventy-six patients with non-proliferative type 2 diabetic retinopathy admitted to Xi'an Fifth Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (with 38 cases each). The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate, while the observation group was treated with liraglutide combined with calcium dobesilate. The changes of macular retinal thickness, hemorheology index and blood lipids metabolism before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (92.11% vs 68.42%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hemorheology indexes were lower than before treatment. The whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The retinal thickness of the macular area was significantly reduced after treatment. The retinal thickness of the macular area in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The clinical effect of rilaluptide combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of non-proliferative type 2 diabetes has advantage, which can effectively alleviate the deterioration of the disease, reduce the damage of inflammatory factors and improve hemodynamics.
