卡通游戏式健康教育对人工耳蜗植入术患儿听觉功能及生活质量的影响

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the effect of cartoon gaming-health education on auditory function and quality of life in children with cochlear implant. 【Methods】 A total of 142 children with cochlear implantation in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 was selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different health education methods, with 71 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education including cognitive education, psychological intervention, behavior guidance and follow-up, while the observation group was given cartoon game health education. After 6 months of follow-up, the compliance, hearing function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.【Results】 The compliance rate of treatment and nursing in the observation group was 90.14% (64 / 71), which was significantly higher than 74.65% (53 / 71) of the control group (χ²=6.282,P=0.008<0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the confidence score, alertness score and significance score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, psychological function and social function of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Cartoon game health education can improve the compliance of the patients receiving treatment and nursing, improve the hearing function and improve the quality of life.
